Susan Capstick BSc Hons Physiotherapy MCSP HCPC Reg Advanced Perrin Practitioner Physio First.

Sue qualified in 1995 from Manchester Royal Infirmary School of Physiotherapy.

Her first junior post was at Whiston Hospital covering a variety of rotations including Musculo- Skeletal , Neurology, Burns and Plastics and General Medicine posts. She moved to Wigan Infirmary in 1997 where she worked largely in neurology and general medicine. Later working at Hope Hospital Salford on the Young Disabled Unit and Warrington General in a variety of roles including Rapid Response, Neurology inc MS Clinic and rehab.

In 2001, Sue joined the team at the Bridgeman Centre, where she is working mainly with Musculo-Skeletal conditions. She took over ownership of the clinic in 2010. 

Her other speciality lies in treating patients with ME/CFS ( Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Fibromyalgia and Long Covid.) Sue uses a specific treatment protocol called " The Perrin Technique "-which works mainly on the lymphatic system, thoracic spine and sympathetic nervous system as a symptom management programme. She has been a Perrin practitioner since 2005 building a wealth of knowledge and experience. Sue has gone on to further training is one of only 12 Advanced Perrin Practitioners in the UK meaning you are in very safe hands. 


Sue also specialises in Acupuncture for fertility / menopause and menstrual health issues. Whether you are looking to conceive naturally or via assisted conception or looking for help with menstrual / menopausal issues Acupuncture can assist you. She also offers treatment and management of Ante Natal and Post Natal conditions with physiotherapy and/or acupuncture and the advice on safe exercise during and after pregnancy.
