Great opportunity to join our team in a busy Private Physiotherapy Practice est. since 1981 in the town centre of Wigan.
We are looking for a highly motivated MSK physio that can blend well with a team whilst working autonomously to manage their own case load. This is an opportunity to work face to face and utilise your hands on skills with clients.
You will see a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions from sports to workplace related/ road traffic injuries and will play a key role in helping our patients achieve their treatment and lifestyle goals.
Full time hours available (but this can be split between part time applicants)
Hours may include evening or weekend work but mainly will be based during the hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday - Hours of working can be negotiated to suit applicants needs inline with clinic cover needs.
Remuneration is based on a percentage fee of income generated - and employment is on a self employed basis.
The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent Physiotherapy qualification
- Be at least 3 years post grad with experience of MSK case load
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Deliver excellent clinical care that is evidence based, Safe, Effective, Caring, Well-led and responsive to our patient’s needs.
- Demonstrate evidence of further professional training and continual professional development,
- Be able to demonstrate excellent manual therapy skills.
- Be a competent and confident IT user with strong organisation skills
- Acupuncture qualification and experience an advantage
- Previous experience of Private work is not essential
